We used VAVelocity to help us when we were taking over another firm. This involved the incorporation of that business into ours and the transfer of staff into our premises. We had our thoughts about this but no coherent structure of how the takeover should be organised. Naomi prepared a template for a very detailed customer service survey and loaded it on my behalf in the acceptable format on to Survey Monkey. Could I have done it myself? I doubt it, and certainly not to the high degree of style and professionalism that Naomi provided.
